Bifrost terminal-market reopening requires authoritative catalogue recovery
Status: Superseded by ADR-0030.
PR #1234 implemented this design: a CLOSED or SETTLED tick deleted the authoritative
catalogue/index relationship, retained a separate ownership tombstone, and required exact-market
recovery before a later non-terminal book could be served. SETTLED→non-terminal remained gated on
the existing financial reversal.
The design was superseded after review showed that terminal deletion manufactured the recovery problem and introduced a second lifecycle subsystem. ADR-0030 retains the complete authoritative relationship while status alone controls visibility. Tombstones are compatibility input for one release only and are never created by ordinary lifecycle traffic.
